Here is a very simple thank you card that I made for my surgeon to take to my follow up appointment with a note to him. I struggle with masculine cards so I took a pattern that had lots of manly colors and then kept the design very simple. I added three metal brads at the top as an accent. I think that this turned out very nice. I love that stamp, it is from M's, one of the dollar stamps. I am loving their new ones that are coming out. Look for these same papers for my Father's Day card to publish soon.
