Father's Day Card - Deer Fishing

The other weekend when I was at my crop with my friends I made this cute card for Father's Day using the Campin Critters Cartridge. It turned out so awesome. I love it. I wanted to have a little water and grass scene to set off the fishing deer. I cut the blue paper and used my scallop punch at the top then ran it through my crimper. Then I sponged some darker blue ink onto it to give the water more dimension. For the grass I used a couple layers and sponged the tips with darker green ink. I love everything about this card and I actually was told by a few men that yes, it is masculine!!! I even inked brown ink around the edges of the kraft cardstock, even though that type of distressing isn't my style. I love the googly eyes too! And the two sentiments from Scrappy Moms went perfectly with this! Hope you enjoy!
