This card is a bit unique. I made cut outs on the front using one of my daisy makers. That gives it a cool look. The blue sparkly paper is a favorite too. I drew the dots on free hand using a glitter pen.
When the card is opened you only see the cut out flowers, you don't see the blue paper behind it on the inside. This card was easy to make and very pretty.
