Now this card is just too darn cute. I love that ribbon. I also love the silver shimmery paper. I had the pink circles already quilled for another project in which I changed my mind so that was easy.
I am having fun experimenting with the pop ups. This was my first time putting quilled objects into the center. It turned out to be such a pretty card though.

I think anyone would love to receive this card for almost any reason. It's perfect to write a short note in and really let someone know you are thinking of them.
