I am so sorry there haven't been any posts in TWO weeks (GASP). I have just been so busy adjusting to my new healthy lifestyle I have been living since my surgery in May.
I am doing really well with eating healthy and walking 5 nights a week and getting my strength back. I am actually at a weight now that I haven't seen in 10 plus years and that was only when I gained past it, LOL. I have lost 35.8 pounds since May 12th when I had my surgery for acid reflux, and I have done it by just eating healthy and walking.
However between having less free time and being sore all summer from rebuilding muscles I have not felt the most creative. And my time on the computer at night is cut right down to smaller amounts because I am out walking and such.
I have decided to let the challenges go...I just don't have the time to commit to them anymore. I am so sorry about that. My design team was the greatest and I am so thankful for them. Please go visit their blogs and continue to give them comment love.
Don't worry I will be back with posts very soon and I have another video to edit, just be patient with me please.

Good for you! You must be feeling fantastic! As important can be, taking care of yourself is even more important. I admire you. I gotta get up and about because I'm not the healthiest I can be. Thanks for the inspiration!
way to go!! I am glad you are feeling better:-) This new lifestyle will eventually become a more natural habit and you will find a balance for all the things you love.

Very proud of you! I need to lose 50! So tired by the time I get home from work, leave at 7 home by 7. What do you eat can you give me yotur menu? I need help! I don't have many friends here for support, but would love to lose! Thanks
