Another Cricut-less card. Sometimes I like to just use my craft punches. I made this one right before the craft fair too, and the colors match a couple other cards I made. I just love this scallop border punch and I am so glad I finally found just the plain scallop one. I had been looking everywhere and finally found it at one AC Moore and used a half off coupon for it! Can't get any better than that. This card is really simple but I still like it. Hope you enjoy.
