That stamp is a dollar wooden stamp from Michael's. I think it might be new because I just found it a couple weeks ago and it hadn't been at mine before that.
I really love those dollar stamps! I don't understand why the wooden stamps in the actual stamp section are so darn expensive.
Such an elegant card, I really like it a lot! TFS :)
