Christmas Card - Make the Season Bright Two Snowmen

This is another card I made with the Martha Stewart Snowman Stickers. I love that red polka dot paper which came in the Christmas Stack I bought. It really looks cool to use the big scallop squares in the layering process on this size card. I am going to enjoy making other themed cards with this sort of design. Hope you enjoy.

Birthday Card - Three Butterflies

Here is another Cricut-less card I made using my new Butterfly Border Punch. I just love that punch and how nicely it matches my other two Martha Stewart Butterfly Punches. Sometime I am going to grab the corner punch that matches so I can do the Punch around the Page Technique with her punches. I love all these colors together. I don't mind not using the Cricut when I am able to make something pretty without it. Or when I quill of course. Hope you enjoy.

Christmas Card - Merry Christmas Penguin

Here is the other Penguin Card I made. This is just like the pink one I posted a couple weeks ago. Both of these went at the craft fair. I think penguins are popular! I love this cute little card so much. I am sure I will be using those penguins again down the line. Hope you enjoy.

For my blog hop project I decided to make a little treat bag using the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge as well as Winter Frolic for the tree. I may use this type of bag for some Christmas goodies for various people. I hope you enjoy my little project and below you can see my first design team project too.

This was my first design team project for Flaunt it Fridays. Our task this time was to use this snowman from Winter Frolic. I decided to make a Winter Decoration. I designed this in my gypsy and I made the snowman quite big. I welded the circle cut out into the belly of the snowman so that it would create an open window to place my snowflake in. I love how that turned out. I coated that snowflake with glossy accents so it shines nicely. I also embossed snowflakes onto the belly of the snowman too. I added diamond stickles in little dots all over to resemble snow. I had to cut one piece of the scarf away so it didn't cover the snowflake. I added some bling to it's cheeks and scarf. I used the pink ribbon as a way to hang it. I really love how this turned out!

Christmas Card - Sleigh Seasons Greetings

Another Circut-less card. I was trying to make a ton of Christmas cards at the last two weeks before the craft fair so I had to use some 3D stickers I had bought too. I had purchased the DCWV stickers that went with the Christmas Combo paper. This came from that. This card is also more masculine which was good. This one did sell too! Hope you enjoy!

Birthday Card - Brown and Pink Dragonfly

This card is nearly the same as last night's except on this one I used the Divine Swirl folder and I also used a different sentiment and placed the dragonfly going the other direction. I added some simple pink bling to her wings. Also the flower that I added to her head was done with some punches I have. And then I used my Creative Memories brown pen to do the stitching around the dragonfly just to accent her. I am really happy with how both of these cards turned out and I think I might do this more often. Make two very similar cards yet for different occasions and then I can maybe get more done that way too! Hope you enjoy.

Composition Books for Twin Girls!

I wanted to make a little handmade gift for my coworker's daughter who was having twins. I knew the colors of the babies room was pink and light green so I went with that. I alternated the way the paper went on each. The names were cut from Storybook. I really love how these turned out. I used A LOT of ATG so they are very well done. That is why I actually like making them more for a custom request or a gift, because of the amount of adhesive. I had made some using Scotch Quick Dry but I just didn't like that as well. On the inside cover I wanted her to be able to display a couple pics of each baby so I created those ready made photo mats and some adhesive there for her to just peal away and stick her photos. My coworker and her daughter both loved these. And the babies were born the 17th happy and healthy. I got to hold Alexis, she was only 5 pounds 5 ounces. So tiny and adorable. Hope you enjoy.

Mom Card - Pink and Brown Dragon Fly

I am really loving this card. Love the colors together. I made two very similar cards and the other one will post tomorrow morning. I just adore this brown and pink together. The ribbon came from a dollar bin at Michael's and it matches so nicely. I used my Spots and Dots embossing folder for something different and I think it is really pretty. I love how just embossing plain cardstock totally changes it. For my sentiment I just used a set of alphabet stamps I have and decided I could add this Mom card to my stash. I am trying to rebuild my inventory with a new variety of cards after the craft fair...and I was told by many there that I should have had more dragonflies. I hope you enjoy this simple sweet card.
